Ordering Spares

How to order-

We offer 4 ways to place an order with us;

Posting and Packing -

All spare parts are sent safely in ridged card board boxes with the spares inside wrapped in bubble wrap, this is to make sure everything arrives safely and doesnt get damaged in the post.

Orders are normally sent between 1-3 days after payment is received unless we are closed which will be indicated on our website and social media.

We send all orders second class or Tracked 48 if the value of the spares is over £10. Second class posting is charged at £1.70 and Tracked 48 is charged at £2.70. This is subject to change if Royal Mail increase pricing. 

Adverts and Transfers will be sent in a hard backed evolope second class and charged at £1.50

1st class shipping is avalible if requested.

Collection of spare parts is not currently offered unless we are attending an event or show. 

Payment - 

We currently have only one method of payment, which is accept is Paypal. We will only dispatch once payment had arrived into our account. 

If we are attending an event or show, cash payment will be accepted as well as PayPal

Returns/Damaged Spares - 

If you are not happy with your spares or if they have arrived damaged please let us know within 24 hours of arrival. You can contact us via the contact form on the website or via Facebook. We will do our very best to help you out.

If the spares have arrived damged please send us pictures of the spares and packaging, so we can claim with Royal Mail. Replacement spares will be sent or if we are unable to supply a full refund will be given. 

If you are not happy with the spares thats not a problem, Please send them back at your own cost for a full refund including posting. We are not able to refund your return posting.
